Quality Assurance Administrator | Commercial Construction | Marsden Park

An established electrical contractor is seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator to join their team, supporting the delivery of a major commercial new-build project based in Marsden Park.

n

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in quality administration, document control, construction administration or project administration who is looking to develop their career within a quality-focused construction environment.

n

About the Role Working closely with the project and HSEQ teams, you will provide administrative support across the project's Quality Assurance systems and documentation.

Your responsibilities will include: n

- Manage and maintain project QA systems, registers and documentation
n
- Coordinate ITPs, inspections, testing records and quality documentation
n
- Monitor documentation for compliance with project requirements and quality standards
n
- Coordinate QA requirements across project teams, subcontractors and suppliers
n
- Track and support the close-out of defects, NCRs and outstanding quality items
n
- Maintain accurate project records and support audit and compliance requirements
n




- Provide QA reporting and administrative support to the Project and HSEQ teams
n

Ideally, you will have: nn
- Experience in quality assurance, quality administration, document control or project administration
n
- Understanding of ITPs, inspections, testing, checklists, registers and QA documentation
n
- Strong document management skills with excellent attention to detail
n
- Confident liaising with project teams, subcontractors and suppliers
n
- Ability to identify documentation gaps and follow issues through to close-out
n
- Strong Microsoft Office and document management system skills
n
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple project deadlines
n
