About the role n

We are seeking a Junior Accounts to join us on a fulltime basis at our Fairfield NSW office.

As a Junior Accounts Administrator, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely financial records,

n

supporting the finance team with day-to-day accounting functions, and contributing to the smooth running of our

What you'll be doing n

n
- Supplier invoice data entry and matching invoices with supporting documents
n
- Process customer payments, including cash and credit card payment
n
- Bank statement and accounts reconciliation
n
- Following up outstanding customer accounts
n




- Assist with new employee onboarding and fortnightly payroll preparation
n
- Filing and organising financial records in accordance with company procedures
n

What we're looking for nn
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Xero accounting software packages
n
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
n
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and external contacts
n
- Reliable, punctual and dedicated approach to work
n
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
n
- Previous experience in accounts administration or a similar finance role (preferred)
