Our client is a well-established Australian export meat processor with a growing operation in the Bass Coast / South Gippsland region. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll lead the warehouse and dispatch team on shift, making sure product is loaded safely, accurately and on time. This role suits a hands‑on leader who likes structure, a busy pace and developing their people.

What you will be doing n

n
- Plan and coordinate daily manning to meet load schedules
n
- Lead, coach and develop the warehouse team
n
- Drive DIFOT, stock control and waste reduction
n
- Keep throughput and load schedules on track and elevate delays
n
- Organise leave cover and cross‑training
n
- Deliver accurate shift reports and handovers
n
- Support performance and conduct conversations with Warehouse Management
n
- Uphold WHS, food safety and Department of Agriculture requirements
n




- Work closely with Production, Maintenance and Engineering
n

What you will bring nn
- Supervisor or team leader experience in warehousing, dispatch or production
n
- Food, meat, dairy or cold chain background highly regarded
n
- Solid working knowledge of WHS requirements
n
- Confident using Microsoft Office and producing shift reporting
n
- Clear communicator who enjoys coaching others
n
- Results driven with a continuous improvement mindset
n
