An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded commercial builder delivering a strong pipeline of fitout and refurbishment projects across Melbourne .n
nThis is a key appointment for a Project Manager who is looking to take ownership of major projects, work closely with senior leadership and be part of a business that values quality, relationships and delivering exceptional outcomes.n
The Role n
nYou will take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, commercially and to a high standard.n

n Key responsibilities include: n
n

n
- Lead and manage commercial fitout & refurbishment projects valued at $15M+
n
- Manage projects from pre-construction through to handover
n
- Drive project programmes, budgets, procurement and commercial outcomes
n
- Lead and mentor project teams, including CA and site-based staff
n
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
n
- Manage subcontractors, consultants and project deliverables
n
- Identify and mitigate project risks
n
- Ensure projects are delivered on time,



within budget and to the highest quality standards
n

About You n
nWe're looking for a proven Senior Project Manager with:n
n

- Strong commercial fitout & refurbishment experience
n
- A proven track record delivering projects $15M+
n
- Previous experience working for a commercial builder
n
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding
n
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
n
- The ability to lead teams and take ownership of complex projects
n
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
n
- A hands-on approach with the confidence to make decisions and drive outcomes
n
