BAKE'D Merrylands is looking for an experienced, hands-on Cafe Manager with strong barista and coffee skills to lead our Front of House team.
About You n

- Robust barista and specialty coffee experience
n
- Confident on a high-volume coffee machine
n
- Able to dial in grinders and maintain coffee quality
n
- Strong leadership and staff training skills
n
- Experience with rostering and labour management
n
- Reliable, organised and hands-on
n
- Available weekends and public holidays
n
Key Responsibilities nn
- Manage daily FOH operations
n
- Lead and train the FOH and barista team
n
- Maintain high coffee and service standards
n
- Manage rosters, labour and FOH stock
n
- Support the coffee station during busy periods
n
- Ensure smooth and efficient service
n
