PwC Australia seeks a Corporate Valuation Specialist to join the Deals team as a Senior Associate. You’ll deliver business valuations, share valuations, and financial instrument valuations to support reporting, transactions and strategy across finance, technology, energy and health sectors.

You’ll provide valuation advice for financial reporting and tax purposes, assist with deal value assessments, capital management and prepare Independent Expert Reports and Fairness Opinions for shareholders.
