Job Description

EVT Limited’s Rydges Port Macquarie is seeking casual and full-time Commis Chefs to join the team. You’ll contribute to daily kitchen operations and help deliver high-quality meals across the restaurant, IRD and Breakfast, while upholding food safety and guest experience.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year kitchen experience in hotels, restaurants or bistros, a solid understanding of food safety, and a adaptable AM/PM schedule.
