n Reporting to our Maintenance Manager, your role will see you carry out maintenance, repairs, and installations across a wide variety of electrical systems and equipment that keep our island running. nWhere you’ll make an impact n

- Maintain, repair and install electrical systems across Hamilton Island infrastructure (resorts, airport, marina, restaurants, bars, apartments, wildlife park and more)
n
n
- Test and tag electrical appliances
n
n
- Carry out maintenance and repairs to whitegoods, AV systems,



motors and pumps
n
n
- Service and repair commercial kitchen and laundry equipment
n
n
- Ensure reliable power and lighting across the island
n
n
- Respond to call-outs as part of the on-call roster
n
n

nWhat we’re looking for n
n

You’re a qualified electrician with strong problem-solving skills, experience across a wide range of equipment, and a collaborative, positive approach. You take pride in delivering safe, efficient work and understand the vital role you play in creating a great experience for our guests, and when the tools are down, you’re ready to enjoy your time off in a tropical island paradise.

nTo be successful, you’ll need n
n

n
n
- QLD Electrical Work Licence – Electrical Mechanic (or ability to transfer from interstate)
n
n
- Minimum 2 years’ full-time trade experience
n
n
- Open/unrestricted manual driver’s licence
n
n
- White Card (Construction Induction Training)
n
n
- Working at Heights certification
n
n
- Current CPR/LVR certification
n
n
- Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
n
n
- Willingness to participate in an on-call roster
n
n
