Job Description

Aboriginal Hostels Limited (AHL) is seeking a Cook to join the Durungaling Hostel, Newcastle, on a part-time basis, weekdays 11:30am–6:30pm. You will prepare meals in a protected, industry-standard kitchen and support daily operations.

The role emphasizes quality food service to residents, adherence to Food Safety Standards Australia, stock rotation, hygiene, and teamwork with the hostel staff. Previous commercial cookery experience is preferred.
