Job Description

Sephora Sydney CBD is seeking a Department Manager (Senior Beauty Advisor) to lead a high-performing store team in a fast-paced, premium retail setting. This full-time, on-site role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience, coaching staff, and achieving sales KPIs across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness.

You will drive a selling culture, utilise reports for decision making, and act as MIC for client and cast members in a busy trading setting.
