Are you an experienced Risk and Compliance skilled with a strong insurance background looking for an opportunity where you can have genuine influence across a growing insurance business?

Our client is a broker centric specialist underwriting agency is seeking a Senior Risk and Compliance Officer to join their Legal Risk and Compliance team.

n

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong General Insurance background who enjoys working closely with the business and senior stakeholders, rather than simply ticking compliance boxes.

About the Role n

You’ll be involved across:

n

n
- Risk and compliance frameworks and processes
n
- Risk assessments, control testing and compliance reviews
n
- Incident, issue and complaints management
n
- Compliance reporting, training and continuous improvement
n




- Working closely with senior stakeholders and the Risk and Compliance Committee
n

About You nn
- 5+ years’ Risk and Compliance experience within General Insurance
n
- Strong understanding of insurance and regulatory requirements
n
- Practical experience with risk and control frameworks
n
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- Commercial, proactive and hands‑on approach
n
- MGA / Underwriting Agency experience highly regarded
n
