What you’ll do n
As the Grounds Maintenance Assistant Supervisor for our Landcare team, you’ll:
n

- Lead a crew day to day, with landscaping and garden maintenance across Geelong.
n
- Deliver high-quality grounds and garden maintenance services include hand mowing, brush cutting, hedging, weeding ! ,herbicide ? spraying
n
- Manage a secure, supportive and fun team environment.
n
What you’ll bring nn
- Solid experience in landscaping, gardening, grounds maintenance or similar.
n
- An enthusiasm for working alongside people with disability.
n
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
n
- Team-oriented with good interpersonal and organisational skills.
n
- A hardworking, reliable, and punctual attitude.
n
- AQF3 Chemical Accreditation or willingness to obtain.
n
n
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll keep helping you through this.)
