Job Description

Amazon's PXT PMO in AU, SG, and CN is seeking a Program Manager focused on improving the associate and manager experience within our fulfillment network. You will turn site needs into transparent requirements and drive delivery with analytics and technology partners.

This on-site role in Sydney requires you to own local analytics, manage reporting, support onboarding metrics, and partner with central and offshore teams to raise the employee experience.
