Job Description

7-Eleven Woodford is seeking a Store Leader to drive exceptional customer service, coach a store team and manage everyday operations. You will lead by example, implement standards and ensure a safe, engaging environment while delivering solid KPIs.

The role offers a path to career progression, a competitive base with 12% super and a 15% annual bonus eligibility, plus structured training in food safety and leadership. Expect Monday–Friday shifts with no weekends.
