Job Description
Gurneys Cider is seeking a hands-on operator to join our fermentation and packaging team in Victoria. You will assist with fruit receiving, milling, pressing, yeast inoculation, and active fermentations, while maintaining strict quality standards.

Key duties include cellar transfers, carbonation management, fining/filtration, bottling, canning and kegging, plus rigorous sanitation and secure handling of high‑pressure equipment. Experience in a food and beverage cellar is a plus.
