H-E Parts International Crushing solutions are seeking a talented, dynamic, and skilled Site Service Manager to join our energised service team.

n

You would ideally have hands on experience and intimate knowledge of the Western Australian mining market. We require a result - oriented individual with an established track record of successful customer revenue growth.

n

Proven commercial skills and negotiation ability with strong analytical capability to grasp and execute strategic objectives are essential.You would possess a strong technical background within the Crushing, Mining and Quarry Industries.

n

Key responsibilities of the position include:

n

n
- Adhere to safety and quality procedures at all times.
n
- Identify new target customers and implement new business development action plans for each prospect.
n
- Manage and build relationships with existing key customers for current and future growth opportunities - product and services offerings,
n
- Provide high quality and cost effective solutions for customers.
n
- Compilation of quotes and tenders.
n
- Manage and execute repairs, commission and installation of equipment.
n
- Ensure sufficient labour levels are in place.
n




- Ensure service jobs are tracked and registered within the ERP system and costs are captured accurately.
n
- Visit customers in conjunction with the sales team to promote Service capability of the Company.
n
- Prepare and manage forecasts and budgets and maintain P&L; for the division.
n
- Identify capital resource requirements and prepare capital expenditure justifications.
n
- Maintain excellent working relationships with technical and sales colleagues to improve efficiencies and enhance customer satisfaction.

Experience and Competencies required for this role:

n

n
- Commitment to safety and environmental management.
n
- Formal qualification in Engineering or a recognised trade qualification in a relevant trade.
n
- Minimum 10 years’ experience working in a mining or manufacturing environment, preferably crusher experience.
n
- Demonstrated people management experience (minimum 5 years).
n
- Solid understanding of budgeting, costs, working capital management.
n
- Exposure to and demonstrated understanding of the complexities of managing a missed mode manufacturing and service business.
n
- Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic and high pressure environment.
n
- Willingness to travel frequently and on short notice.
n
- Knowledge of Pronto ERP or similar package.
n
- Strong time management and work planning skills.
n
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
n
- Teamwork and leadership skills.
n
