A well-established FMCG division is looking for a commercially minded Divisional Financial Controller to take a leading role in driving financial and operational performance across a significant part of the business.

This is not a traditional reporting role. You'll be at the heart of the operation - partnering with senior leaders, challenging performance, identifying opportunities and turning financial insight into action.

You’ll lead a sizeable finance team across a multi-site environment while maintaining a strong connection to the commercial and operational drivers of the division.

n

Based in Brisbane, the role will involve regular travel to a key operational site.

The Opportunity n

- Take ownership of the division's financial performance and provide clear visibility of results, risks and opportunities.

- Work alongside operational leadership to identify and deliver improvements in profitability, productivity and cost performance.
n
- Bring commercial rigour to major business decisions through robust analysis, modelling and financial insight.
n




- Lead and inspire a high-performing finance team operating across multiple locations.
n
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and ensure finance is embedded in commercial decision-making.
n
- Play a key role in shaping divisional strategy, business improvement initiatives and future growth.

What You Bring nn
- Senior finance leadership experience gained in FMCG or a complex consumer / services products workplace.
n
- A strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect financial performance to operational outcomes.
n
- Strong commercial judgement, analytical capability and confidence operating at pace.
