Job Description

Linea Talent Group is seeking an experienced Strata Manager to take ownership of a clean, manageable portfolio of ~580 lots, mainly smaller buildings, in NSW. You will provide high-level service to owners and committees with robust NSW legislation knowledge.

The role offers up to AUD 130,000 plus super and bonuses, with 2–3 days working from home and an supportive 15-strong team, enabling balanced workload and internal growth opportunities in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
