Process Worker – Paintline | Bradnam’s Windows & Doors Zillmere n

Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week

Shift Times: 10:00am – 6:06pm

n

Bradnam’s Windows & Doors is looking for motivated and reliable Process Workers to join our Zillmere team , working within our Paintline shed in the Jigging and Unjigging area .

n

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their manufacturing skills, learn new processes and become part of a supportive team.

n

No previous manufacturing or paintline experience is required — we’ll provide full on-the-job training and all the product knowledge you need to succeed.

About the Role n

As a Process Worker in our Paintline team, you will play an important role in preparing and handling products as they move through our powder coating process.

n

You will primarily work within the Jigging and Unjigging area , ensuring products are correctly prepared, handled and moved through the paintline efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities n

n
- Jigging products onto the paintline
n
- Unjigging finished products from the paintline
n
- Handling and moving aluminium products throughout the process
n
- Inspecting products for quality and ensuring they are handled correctly
n
- Following established production processes and procedures
n
- Manual handling and lifting of products
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area
n
- Working closely with your team to meet daily production requirements
n
- Following all safety procedures and wearing required PPE
n
- Performing other general paintline and production duties as required
n

This is a physically demanding, hands-on role where you will be on your feet throughout the day and regularly handling products.

n

Skills & Experience n
