Job Description

Reo Group in Sydney seeks a commercially driven Head of Sales to own the sales function and drive growth. You will translate objectives into a transparent strategy, build accountability, and lead the team to improve revenue performance.

You will align sales with delivery capabilities, develop a strong pipeline, and manage strategic accounts, reporting to the Managing Director and influencing the Senior Leadership Team.
