We’re seeking experienced Technicians who have worked in the Caravan/RV /Automotive industry

who take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and quality.

If you know your way around tools, can weld to a high standard, fit accurately, and enjoy hands‑on work, then this a great pathway into an iconic and established business.

The Opportunity n

We’re looking to connect with experienced operators skilled in:

n

Caravan servicing and repair- installation, modification, and assembly of automotive or mechanical components

n

Fabrication — MIG welding, cutting, shaping, and building custom parts

n

Workshop Operations — safe tool use, quality control, and test job analysis & documentation

n

Problem Solving — diagnosing issues and delivering practical, reliable solutions

What We’re Looking For n

Proven experience in mechanical fitment or fabrication within automotive/caravan/RV or related industry is preferred

n

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship and quality





n

Ability to read drawings, follow specifications, and work independently

n

Demonstrated commitment to safety in the workplace, teamwork, and continuous improvement

n

Demonstrated capability to handle the physical requirements of the role, such as bending, lifting and manual handling of components/tools

n

Customer Focus: Ability to understand and meet customer requirements and expectations.
