About the Role
n We are seeking a professional Concrete Allocator / Dispatcher (or Trainee) to join our Rockhampton team. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will coordinate concrete orders and deliveries, allocate trucks, liaise with customers and drivers, and assist with yard and plant operations.

n

This is a full-time role offering above award rates, with a reasonable amount of overtime and penalty rates where applicable.

Key Responsibilities n

- Take and schedule concrete orders
n




- Allocate and dispatch concrete trucks
n
- Liaise with customers, drivers, and plant staff
n
- Operate a front-end loader (if required)
n
- Manage basic plant administration and stock control
n
- General yard duties, housekeeping, and minor maintenance
n

Skills & Experience nn
- Strong customer service and communication skills
n
- Ability to multi-task and make decisions under pressure
n
- Versatile with hours and a team-focused attitude
n
- Concrete allocation/dispatch experience preferred (training provided)
n
