We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner or Scheduler to support a CHPP maintenance team at Mt Arthur for a 3-month leave coverage period.

The role will commence mid-November to allow for handover and continuity within the team.
n
The preference is for a local candidate, ideally based within approximately 60–70 minutes of site, including the Muswellbrook and Singleton areas.
n
This role requires someone who can step into an established maintenance environment and quickly add value, so previous wash plant / CHPP experience and robust SAP proficiency are important.

Key Responsibilities nn
- Support maintenance planning and/or scheduling activities within the CHPP
n
- Develop and maintain maintenance work plans and schedulesCoordinate planned maintenance activities with key site stakeholders
n
- Review and manage work orders within SAP
n
- Ensure labour, materials,
resources and job requirements are identified and coordinated
n
- Support maintenance execution through accurate planning and scheduling
n
- Maintain planning and scheduling data and provide visibility of upcoming maintenance activities
n
- Assist the team during the leave coverage period to ensure continuity of maintenance planning activities
n
About You nn
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Planner or Scheduler
n
- Demonstrated CHPP, wash plant or similar fixed plant maintenance experience
n
- Strong SAP capability
n
- Ability to work effectively within an established maintenance team
n
- Strong organisation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Able to commence on or around 16 November 2026
n
- Ideally located within approximately 60–70 minutes of Mt Arthur
n
