Central Coast Compassionate Care is seeking an experienced Service Manager to provide leadership across our NDIS operations, service delivery, workforce and compliance functions on the Central Coast, NSW.

You will lead staff, support coordinators and maintain audit-ready documentation, ensuring services are delivered safely and in alignment with participant needs and NDIS Practice Standards.
