An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Consultant / Specialist Obstetrician & Gynaecologist to join a major accredited teaching hospital and regional referral service located approximately 90 minutes from Brisbane .

About the Role n

Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality Obstetric and Gynaecological services across a broad clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities Include n

- Delivering specialist Obstetric and Gynaecological care across inpatient, outpatient and procedural settings
n
- Managing a diverse clinical caseload
n
- Supporting safe and coordinated patient care
n
- Providing clinical leadership within the service
n
- Supervising and educating junior medical staff
n
- Participating in quality improvement and clinical governance
n
- Contributing to service development and innovation
n
- Promoting evidence-based clinical practice
n
- Supporting positive healthcare outcomes for women and families
n
- Contributing to the delivery of services across surrounding rural communities
n

Applicants Should Hold n

- Specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, or

- Qualifications and experience eligible for specialist registration or an approved equivalent pathway
