About the opportunity: n

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Employment Coach to join our team and help drive high-quality employment outcomes for our participants. In this role, you’ll use your expertise in coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement to support both clients and colleagues to achieve success.

As a Senior Employment Coach, you’ll provide advanced guidance to participants with diverse needs, helping them overcome barriers to employment and develop sustainable career pathways. You’ll also play a key leadership role within the team—sharing best practices, supporting new staff, and contributing to continuous improvement in our service delivery.

- You demonstrate professionalism and exceptional customer service in every interaction, whether providing one-on-one support or facilitating small group sessions.

- You’re confident using technology and proficient in computer applications, including Windows and the Microsoft Office suite.

- You understand the importance of compliance and are skilled at working within contractual frameworks.
n




- You may hold relevant tertiary qualifications or possess equivalent experience in Employment Services or a related field.
n
- You also hold a current driver’s licence and are willing to undertake a satisfactory Police Check and Working with Children Card as a pre-condition of employment.
