This is a full‑time position offering 40 hours per week on a Tue‑Sat roster .
Key Responsibilities n

- Support the Store Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth store performance
n
- Lead by example to foster a customer‑obsessed culture and deliver meaningful store experiences reflecting the highest industry standards
n
- Coach and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve sales targets, budgets and operational KPIs across the full product range
n
- Foster a collaborative, positive culture that empowers every team member to succeed through ongoing coaching, mentoring and support
n
- Manage the end‑to‑end process from store presentation and stock management to compliance with care and accuracy
n
- Champion a safe workplace by following our health and safety practices
