We're partnering with a leading trading firm to find a Compliance Analyst to join their Asia-Pacific Compliance function.

This role sits at the intersection of Compliance, Trading, and Technology - supporting the regulatory management of trading activities across multiple jurisdictions, with a strong APAC focus.

What you'll be doing:

n

- Supporting day-to-day compliance operations, monitoring, and surveillance functions across a broad compliance program
n
- Helping drive a robust compliance culture and regulatory awareness across the business
n
- Tracking regulatory developments across applicable laws and rules to flag emerging compliance requirements
n
- Liaising with brokers and exchanges on trader registration, reviews, and record-keeping
n
- Developing and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, and training materials
n
- Conducting periodic compliance reviews and reporting outcomes to management
n




- Contributing to AML program tasks including management of onboarding
n
- Collaborating with regional compliance teams on cross-border issues and projects
n

What you'll bring:

n

n
- 2+ years' experience in financial markets compliance/AML - trading firm, broker, regulator, bank, consulting (banking & capital markets) or market exchange background all considered
n
- A degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Law, or related discipline
n
- Strong attention to detail, with solid analytical and problem-solving ability
n
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and time-management skills
n
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
n
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to a range of audiences
n
- A proactive mindset, with a willingness to take ownership
n
