3-month contract Likely to extend n
Roster: 1 week work/ 1 week offn
12-hour shifts, Thursday to Wednesday n

nAbout the Role We are seeking an experienced End User Desktop Support Specialist to provide onsite IT support in a remote site environment.n
nKey Responsibilities n

n
- Provide onsite Level 1 IT and desktop support , including laptop builds and troubleshooting.
n
- Support hardware, applications, unified communications and guest networks .
n
- Troubleshoot desktop and application issues and provide face-to-face support to end users.
n
- Manage incidents and service requests through to resolution.
n
- Perform daily meeting room diagnostic checks .
n
- Coordinate printer maintenance, consumables and hardware repairs with vendors.
n
- Manage hardware failures, replacement parts and physical installation.
n
- Maintain IT asset and equipment records .
n
- Provide regular updates to users and work closely with Service Desk and resolver teams.
n




- Perform other IT support duties as required.
n

About You nn
- Experience in desktop, service desk or onsite IT support .
n
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and applications .
n
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
n
- Comfortable working in a site setting .
n
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a FIFO roster .
n
- Strong incident and service request management skills.
n
- Service Desk/ticketing experience preferred.
n
