Love the buzz of a busy pub and ready to take the next step in your hospitality career? Falcone Hospitality is looking for an energetic, hands-on Assistant Manager to join the team at the Haymarket Hotel and help keep one of the city’s most lively venues running at its best.

The Role n

Working alongside the General Manager, you will help lead the day-to-day running of the hotel across bars, food, entertainment, functions and gaming. You will support, coach and motivate a great team, keep service standards high, and make sure every guest leaves wanting to come back. This is a real opportunity to build your leadership skills, take on responsibility and grow with an expanding hospitality group.

What You Will Bring nn
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a pub or hotel
n
- Honesty, reliability and a professional approach
n
- A hands-on style with robust leadership and communication skills
n
- Sound knowledge of hotel operations, including food, beverage and gaming
n
- A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
n
- The ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressureStrong attention to detail and good organisational skills
n
- A solid understanding of compliance requirements to keep the venue secure and lawful
n
- The desire to have fun and LOVE what you do!

Essential Qualifications nn
- RSA and RCG (NSW)
n
- Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (preferred)
n
