Executive Leadership Experience: Minimum 12-15 years in senior commercial roles with 5+ years at C-suite/VP level, driving revenue growth of $50M+ annually across multi-platform business portfolios

Financial Services Expertise: Deep background in fintech,



financial services, or digital assets with proven experience in payment processing, custody services, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions

Strategic Growth & Business Development: Demonstrated success developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies, managing M&A; opportunities, and building strategic partnerships with financial institutions and technology providers

n

Commercial Excellence: Extensive experience in customer segmentation, go-to-market strategy development, and revenue optimisation across both institutional and retail segments in complex B2B/B2C environments

Global Market Expansion: Proven track record of international business development, market entry strategies, and scaling operations across diverse geographic markets and regulatory environments
