We’re looking for experienced Machine / Production Operators to join a well-established manufacturer in South Windsor, producing quality products for the water treatment industry .

Day: 6:00am–6:00pm

- n

Night: 6:00pm–6:00am

- n

4–5 consecutive days off

- n

Saturday – 1.5x penalty rate

Sunday – 2x penalty rate

- n

Immediate starts

- n

THE ROSTER n

2 Days - 2 Nights - 5 Days OFF
n 2 Days - 3 Nights - 4 Days OFF
n 3 Days - 2 Nights - 5 Days OFF

Weekend work is part of the roster, with approximately 2 weekends per month.

Operating manufacturing machinery

Monitoring production processes

Assembling and testing components

Completing quality checks

n
- n

Recording production information

n
- n

Following SOPs and safety procedures

Manual handling and moving components

n
- n





Keeping the production area clean and safe

n

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR nn
- Previous manufacturing, production or machine operating experience
n
- Strong safety awareness
n
- Good attention to detail
n
- Reliable and hardworking
n
- Comfortable working 12-hour day & night shifts
n
- Physically fit for standing, repetitive work and manual handling
n
- Reliable transport – essential due to shift times and limited public transport
n
- Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
n

n

Mechanical aptitude and experience in high-volume manufacturing will be highly regarded.

FULL TRAINING PROVIDED n

You don't need to know the site from day one. Training will be provided across the machinery, processes and site procedures.

n
