About the Role n

- Risk and compliance frameworks and processes
n
- Risk assessments, control testing and compliance reviews
n
- Incident, issue and complaints management
n
- Compliance reporting,



training and continuous improvement
n
- Working closely with senior stakeholders and the Risk & Compliance Committee
n

About You nn
- 5+ years’ Risk & Compliance experience within General Insurance
n
- Strong understanding of insurance and regulatory requirements
n
- Practical experience with risk and control frameworks
n
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- Commercial, proactive and hands‑on approach
n
- MGA / Underwriting Agency experience highly regarded
n
