We’re looking for a Marketing CRM Automation Specialist to join our internal CRM Marketing Automation team – a team that plays a critical role in delivering personalized, data‑driven communications that connect with our customers. This team is part of the broader Customer Growth and Engagement Area that supports ING Australia in overseeing and steering Customer Communication execution.

n

As Marketing CRM Automation Specialist, you’ll not only contribute to the success of marketing initiatives but will also enhance the overall customer experience, ensuring that every communication is impactful and aligned with our commitment to excellence.

What you’ll do n

n
- Execute the design, build, testing and delivery of marketing and compliance communications (email and SMS) to ING customers using the newly implemented Customer Engagement Platform (Marigold Engage+) and related tools
n
- Develop and optimise templates and reusable components to improve efficiency
n
- Collaborate with stakeholders, marketing experts and target marketing analysts to ensure fast delivery of campaigns and contribute to better business outcomes
n
- Act as the quality guardian for all communications, ensuring accuracy and compliance
n
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase speed, automation and quality
n




- Advise on best practices and support adoption of newly introduced marketing technology
n

What we’re looking for nn
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Customer Engagement platforms (e.g. Marigold, SFMC, Adobe, Braze, Pardot or Marketo), including template design and build
n
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS
n
- Excellent problem‑solving, lateral thinking and interpretive skills
n
- Proficiency in effective project planning and execution for deliverables
n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively
n
- Capable of self‑management and taking initiative
n
