Job Description

YMCA Victoria seeks a capable Team Leader for its Nathalia pool facilities in Victoria. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead a small team, ensure safety and service standards, and assist on duty rosters to support customers and staff.

The role requires robust admin skills, attention to detail, and prior duty manager or lifeguard experience. Flexible roster with seasonal peak hours is expected.
