The Opportunity
n Our client is a global manufacturing business backed by a leading private equity firm. Investing heavily in their Australian operations the business is experiencing significant and consistent year on year growth.
n This is a senior role on the Finance Leadership Team, with real influence across the business. You'll lead FP&A;, Procurement and Supply Chain Finance, and Shared Services, and act as a trusted adviser to the Executive Leadership Team. You'll also play a key part in building a scalable, technology-enabled finance function.

nThe Challenge n
n

Reporting to the CFO, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

n
n

n
n
- Own the budgeting, forecasting and longer-term strategic planning cycles, building models that show how operational drivers affect profit, cash and the balance sheet
n
n
- Produce accurate, insightful performance reporting and commentary for the executive team
n
n
- Identify the key risks and opportunities
n
n
- Act as the senior finance partner to Procurement, Supply Chain and Demand Planning, covering spend analysis, supplier negotiations, logistics costs and make-versus-buy decisions
n
n




- Independently validate procurement and supply chain savings to make sure benefits are real, measurable and sustainable
n
n
- Lead Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations, strengthening service standards, controls and process efficiency
n
n
- Own working capital performance and cash flow forecasting
n
n
- Drive automation, standardisation and data improvements across planning, reporting and transactional finance
n
n
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team across analysis, business partnering and shared services
n
n

nThe Expertise n
n

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline
n
n
- CA/CPA qualification
n
n
- Significant senior finance experience across FP&A;, commercial finance, supply chain finance or finance operations
n
n
- A proven record of leading budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and performance reporting
n
n
- Experience partnering with Procurement, Supply Chain or Operations, and overseeing working capital or Shared Services
n
n
- Advanced financial modelling and scenario analysis skills
n
n
- FMCG or high-volume manufacturing experience highly regarded
n
n
- SAP or comparable ERP experience, plus exposure to planning, BI and automation tools
n
n
- Robust people leadership, and the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
n
n
