Downer Group is seeking a highly organised Resource Scheduler to coordinate resources across asphalt projects from Brendale. You will develop detailed delivery plans, ensuring crews, plant, and materials are scheduled effectively to support safe, efficient, and profitable project delivery while maintaining solid customer relationships.

Significant experience in complex resource scheduling within civil, construction, or asphalt environments is preferred.
