About the Role: n

- Lead and manage financial transactions including M&A;, divestitures, and capital events
n
- Conduct detailed financial due diligence and risk assessments
n
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure smooth execution
n
- Develop financial models and perform valuations to support strategic decisions
n




- Prepare transaction documentation including financial statements and presentations
n
- Advise senior stakeholders on transaction opportunities and challenges
n
- Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory developments
n
- Build strong relationships with external advisors and financial institutions
n

About You: You’re a commercially minded professional with a passion for transactions and a knack for solving complex financial problems. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working closely with clients and stakeholders.

- CA/CPA qualification or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business
n
- CFA completion is a plus
n
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in transaction services, or corporate finance
n
- Strong technical knowledge in financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence
n
- Excellent project management and communication skills
n
- Proficiency in financial modelling tools (Excel, Bloomberg, DCF analysis)
n
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work under pressure
