Leading Hand | Grain Operations | Dimboola n

We're seeking a hands-on Site Leading Hand to help run safe, efficient operations at a grain storage site in Dimboola . You'll work alongside the team each day, guide staff and contractors, and step up to support site supervision during busy periods.

What you'll do

n

Lead day-to-day grain receival, storage and outturn activities.

n

Train and supervise staff and contractors in safe work practices and equipment operation.

n

Help maintain grain quality, inventory controls and site safety standards.

n

Support rostering, operational planning and equipment maintenance.

n

Take responsibility for site operations when the Site Supervisor is away.

What you'll bring

n





Experience supervising people and delivering practical, on-the-job training.

n

A hands-on approach, sound safety judgement and the ability to adapt as site priorities change.

n

A current driver's licence, Confined Space certificate and Level 2 First Aid certificate.

n

Availability to work outdoors and flexible schedule, including nights or weekends when required, and to assist at other sites.

n

Experience in grain handling, bulk materials or operating equipment such as front end loaders and conveyors would be an advantage.
