Job Description

Mitti by SafetyCulture is seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager to design and lead scalable onboarding experiences for recent customers, ensuring quick value realization and reduced churn. You’ll partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align goals and deliver a crisp onboarding roadmap from kickoff to go‑live.

You will act as a trusted advisor on best practices, drive process improvements, manage multiple implementations, and help grow the onboarding playbooks as the customer base
