TheWestern Australian Plastic Surgery Centre is a specialist group practice located in St John of God HospitalSubiaco and Wexford Medical CentreMurdoch , and incorporatingAssure Cosmetic Centre and the1300HANDOC hand trauma service.

Role: Part-Time experienced Medical Receptionist – 3days per week(Monday to Friday) with some capacity for additional cover days.

Location: This is an in-office position at our practice within the St John of God Medical Centre Subiaco, Murdoch and other Perth metro specialist consulting rooms.

Our ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

2+ years medical reception experience ;

Genie Solutions practice software experience;

Ability to effectively manage and co-ordinate appointment bookings and clinics;

Able to efficiently manage patient billing and account collection;

Strong customer service skills with a professional phone manner and personal presentation.

Strict adherence to maintainingpatient confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive information.

A personable, friendly, and professional attitude.

Competence in using computer systems and software with strong attention to detail.

Ability tomulti-task , prioritise duties, and manage time efficiently while ensuring accuracy.

Capable of working both independently and as part of a cooperative team.

An interest in theplastic, reconstructive, and cosmetic surgery field is a plus.
