Koch & Co, an Australian-owned national distributor of floral, gift and home decoration products, is seeking a motivated Customer Care Agent to join our team in Sydney. You will provide exceptional service to our clients via phone, email and chat, helping with orders and inquiries.

The role emphasizes building positive relationships, accurate record keeping, and collaboration with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Onsite parking available; Monday to Friday work schedule.
