Job Description

SunRice Group in Sydney, Australia seeks a Group Organisational Development Coordinator to join the People & Culture team. You’ll coordinate a diverse portfolio of OD, learning and leadership programs and support leadership development initiatives, AI literacy, and scholarships across the global business.

You’ll work with senior stakeholders, deliver meaningful insights from people data, and help shape employee experience and culture while learning from an experienced OD team.
