Unknown client is seeking an experienced Property Management Surveyor/Associate to take ownership of a major retail asset in London, working with an in office team, occupiers and the client.

You will lead day-to-day property management, manage service charges, budgets and financial reporting, and support lettings, acquisitions and ESG initiatives while safeguarding health, safety and compliance.
