To succeed in this role, you will have: nn
- Experience in automotive parts, customer service, retail automotive, logistics, or a related industry
n
- A strong customer-first mindset with the ability to build long‑term relationships
n
- Confidence influencing outcomes and handling difficult conversations professionally
n
- Robust negotiation and problem‑solving skills
n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers, technicians, suppliers and colleagues
n
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
- A proactive approach and a genuine desire to learn, improve and develop your career
n
What You will do nn
- Build strong relationships with customers, workshop teams and suppliers
n
- Identify customer needs and provide expert parts advice and solutions
n
- Manage enquiries, quotations and orders from start to finish
n
- Negotiate and resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
n
- Work closely with the Workshop team to ensure parts availability and minimise downtime
n
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
n
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure parts are stored and managed correctly
n
- Process invoices, payments and associated documentation accurately
n
