Lots of people want a better career, but few know which course will get them there. That's where you come in. ViewJobs is partnering with a growing online education provider to find an Education Sales Consultant for their Melbourne team.

You'll work warm, inbound enquiries from people who have already put their hand up. Your job is to understand what they want to achieve and match them with the right course.

The base salary is solid, the commission is uncapped, and you'll get full training before you start taking calls.

Key responsibilities

Be the main point of contact for prospective students

Respond quickly to inbound enquiries and follow up warm leads

Run consultative conversations to understand each person's goals, then recommend the course that fits

Guide students through enrolment, from the first call to sign-up

Make a high volume of calls each day while keeping every conversation focused and personal





Keep CRM records accurate and up to date

Meet the team's quality standards

About you

At least 12 months in sales (face-to-face, inbound and outbound all count)

Confidence on the phone and the stamina for a busy call day

Clear communication and solid computer skills

A drive to hit targets and an energetic, positive approach

Education or course sales experience is a plus, but not essential

$70,000 base + super

Uncapped commission, with on-target earnings of around $100,000
