Job Description

Stone & Chalk is seeking a hands‑on People & Culture Manager to lead end‑to‑end P&C;, enabling our national team to thrive. You will shape culture, develop leadership capability, and own policy compliance across states, aligned with our mission and not-for-profit context.

The role reports to the CEO and sits on the Leadership Team, operating across Sydney and Melbourne with a part‑time structure (2–4 days per week) and a national remit.
