Hello! We're a passionate and driven team based in Narellan, and we specialise in selling and managing homes.

Right now, we're reshuffling how we work to become even more productive, and that means we're looking for a Property Officer to support one of our Property Managers.

n

We're looking for someone with experience, ready to take their next step and more responsibility without the burden of a portfolio. You'll work closely with a friendly, experienced team, and you'll be supported and encouraged as you grow.

What You'll Do:

n

Client relationships: Build strong connections with landlords and tenants.

n

Property support: Assist with inspections, maintenance and day-to-day needs.

n

Tenancy admin: Manage lease agreements, renewals and tenancy processes.

n

Problem solving: Step in when issues come up,



always with a calm and helpful approach.

n

Who You Are:

Experienced in property management and ready for your next step.

n

A great communicator who listens well and speaks and writes clearly.

n

Someone who enjoys working as part of a team.

n

You hold a current Certificate of Registration.

n
