NRMA Parks & Resorts invites a skilled Chef to lead our in-house resort kitchen, Tides Kitchen and Bar, ensuring top-quality breakfasts, poolside service, in-room dining and dinner experiences.

You will support the Head Chef in daily operations, train staff, plan menus using local produce, manage inventory and costs, and uphold strict food safety standards in a coastal resort setting. This full-time role offers progression within NRMA and a energetic, collaborative team environment.
