Working across Castle Hill and Penrith gives you exposure to two different client bases, two strong teams and a much broader range of treatment experience.

You’ll play an important role in the success of both locations.

That means:

- Building strong client relationships
- Delivering exceptional consultations and treatments

You won’t be a spare set of hands moving between locations.

You’ll be a key part of both clinics.

The role

You’ll manage the complete client journey from initial consultation through to long-term treatment.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting detailed tattoo removal consultations
- Performing laser tattoo removal treatments
- Assessing tattoos, skin and treatment response
- Creating individualised treatment plans
- Educating clients clearly and confidently
- Discussing treatment options, packages and pricing
- Building long-term client relationships
- Managing rebooking and retention
- Following up enquiries and clients
- Maintaining accurate clinical notes and photography
- Supporting clinic targets and performanceWorking closely with both clinic teams
- Helping create an exceptional client experience at every visit

You’ll need wheels.





Because this role is split across Castle Hill and Penrith, you must have a reliable car and current driver licence.

We need someone dependable who can comfortably travel between both locations as required.

If driving between clinics feels like a hassle, this probably isn’t the role for you.

We train specialists — not button pushers.

Previous tattoo removal experience is not essential.

What matters is your ability to learn, think and take responsibility for what you do.

Tattoo removal is complex.

Different inks, colours, skin types, tattoo densities and treatment responses all require judgement.

That’s why our training goes much further than simply teaching you which buttons to press.

We teach our specialists to understand:

- Laser physics
- Tattoo and ink assessment
- Treatment planning
- Skin assessment
- Pico and nanosecond technology
- Colour tattoo removal
- Multiple wavelengths
- Fractional laser techniques
- Treatment response
- Consultation and client education
- Clinical photography
- Long-term case management
